Pregnancy causes many changes in a women's body. With the enviable weight gain comes a change in your center of gravity which as a result changes your weight baring stance increasing the pressure on your knees and feet, Hormones cause ligament laxity which often results in the flattening and widening of your feet which can lead to significant pain and discomfort. Oedema is also another common complaint in pregnant women's feet causing discomfort.
